03 · Choose the right option.Explain your request clearly in the ticket, then wait for staff to respond. Don't post private details in general chat.

Something not working?

For problems with joining, roles, commands, items or finding a channel. Describe what you tried and what happened, without sharing passwords or private account information.

Keep it safe.

For concerning behaviour or rule violations. Use the existing private report option. Avoid public accusations and share only the evidence staff actually need.

Found something worth discussing?

Suggest a movie, TV, anime, gaming or comic story for the community. Include the public source link and a short reason why it matters. Submitting does not guarantee a post.

REDEEM REWARD

Claim something you actually earned.

For an eligible, confirmed SEED reward. Check the published terms and use the existing ticket option. Do not assume an old giveaway or unverified promotion is still redeemable.

KEEP IT PRIVATE.

Never share passwords, login codes, backup codes, payment details or personal identifiers with anyone offering help. Use the real server's contact panel, not an unsolicited DM or a lookalike website.

This public website does not collect tickets, reports, login credentials or member wallet data. Everything above sends you back to the existing Discord support route.
